Jon’s passion is to see young people released into a life-changing relationship with Jesus, see them transforming the world in which they live, and blessing the communities to which they belong. Jon firmly believes that young people play a vital role in the life of the church, inspiring and challenging the wider body with their passion and enthusiasm to see the world changed.

Jon has a varied background of working with young people, in both Church and community contexts. After studying Theology at London Bible College , Jon worked for Youth for Christ in their national office as Rock Solid coordinator. Following this, he worked as Youth Worker at an Anglican Church in Maidenhead before joining Thames Valley Police to work with Victim’s and Witnesses of Crime. Jon has also a keen musician, playing at various festivals and gigs across the UK and beyond.

Jon is married to Jennie, has two daughters, and loves playing and watching sport, including football, cricket, snooker, golf and that sport of athletes – darts. Jon also loves reading a good book, going to gigs, Haribo Sweets, well-roasted parsnips and strong cheddar.
