Jesus told his disciples My yoke is easy and my burden is light’ (Matt 11.30) but our lives today so often don’t seem that way. So where are we going wrong?
How can we live the life God calls us to – as people of ‘Shalom’?

Take a day off and come explore these questions with time for worship, teaching, discussion and prayer!

Ruth Perrin is a Bible teacher and researcher who currently works for King’s Church Durham. She has been in fulltime Ruth Perrinministry for 15 years and has wide ranging speaking experience including a New Wine Women’s Day. She writes the ‘cloud of witnesses’ website and in 2009 published ‘Inspiring Women: discovering biblical role models’.
After suffering with burn out in 2011 Ruth is starting what she calls a ‘Shalom Revolution’ and is passionate about inspiring and envisioning the church to see God’s kingdom come in our generation.
