Students at St Johns

"Students are an important part of the life of St John’s. We hope you can find here a family and support, a place to be discipled and equipped, and a people who recognise your needs, along with the skills and gifts you can offer to us all."

student ministry at St John's

Students are encouraged and able to get involved in every aspect of church life from serving to small groups, and the various aspects of tailor-made Student Network.

If you're just wanting to find out more about what being a Christian involves, then we have some exciting ways of doing that as well.

We are eager that you find here a firm foundation from which to live out the fullness of what God has called you to on campus, in church and in life.

There are three main aspects to the student work:

Student network Network; We meet after the evening service, and on a range of different nights throughout the year; that lets us get to know each other better and dig a little deeper with God. Read more...

Host a Student Host-a-Student; Get linked up with a family in church for real food in a real house as often as suits you both. Read more...

Meet the Team

StewOver the past few years a team of non-students and students has developed to run the student work, but especially to be a point of contact for students in the church. The team is headed up by Stewart Welch.

If you have any questions, anything you want to get involved in, or just want to see a friendly face, Stu is the place to start!
