We have three Sunday services at St John's Church Harborne. There are children's groups during the first service, and student and 20s & 30s events after the evening service.

The Alpha Course is an opportunity for anyone to explore the Christian faith. It's relaxed, non-threatening, low-key, friendly and fun. There is a meal together at the beginning of each session which gives you an opportunity to get to know each other.

St. John's Church runs a number of groups to cater for children during the Sunday services and throughout the week.

With around 200 young people and 60 volunteers, the youth work of St. John’s is an important part of church life. The 11-14s (or school years 7-9) are known as Pathfinders while the 14-18s (school years 10-13) are in New Event.

Students play an active part in the life of the whole church, as well as enjoying network events just for students. We're involved in helping other students have an opportunity to experience God's truth for themselves. A host-a-student scheme helps you have an extra source of support whilst away at University.

Living Stones Mission Partners is the name we give to those people commissioned and sent out by St John's church to full-time Christian work, either in this country or overseas.

Worship is one of the key values of St. John's Church. Worship is not only the act of praising God and seeking His presence with us in church meetings, but also living our whole lives in a way that recognises, and gives glorys, to God.

There are activities at St John's going on to meet the needs of men of any age.

There is an active women's ministry at St John's, with small groups and occasional social events.
