Nominations to the PCC
Only those who are on the Electoral Roll can stand for PCC. Please pray for those you would like to nominate for this important ministry. A copy of the PCC Nomination form is available to download here or can be obtained at Church.
The PCC is the elected body of the Church which meets during the year to conduct business and make decisions concerning the life of the Church.

Nominations to the Deanery Synod

If you are on the Electoral Roll you can also stand for Deanery Synod. You can read about this year’s Elections to Deanery Synod by clicking here. The Deanery Synod which is made up of all our local Anglican churches is an important body and helps to shape the decisions taken by the Church of England at General Synod.
A copy of the Deanery Synod Nomination form is available to download here or can be obtained at Church.

Please pray for those you would like to nominate for these important roles on PCC and Deanery Synod.

Electoral Roll.
In order to be able to vote at the APCM you need to be on St John’s Electoral Roll.  Voting takes place to elect members of St John’s to the PCC – Parochial Church Council; and to decide on other agenda items as appropriate.

It is now too late to join the ER for the 2014 APCM. However, you can still join for next year’s APCM. Please complete a form available at Church or download one here.
Please return your form to the Church Office or hand it to a Church Warden or Welcome Team member.

A copy of the 2013 Electoral Roll is available at Church so that you can check whether your name is there.  Please report any errors in contact details to The Church Office.
