The Alpha Course at St John’s Church
explore the meaning of life

Alpha Mark-Red_Med-01What is Alpha?
Alpha is a non-pressurised, fun and informative course. It is a place to share your thoughts and explore the meaning of life. The course is designed primarily for people who don’t go to church or who haven’t been to church in a long time and are interested in the Christian faith.

Alpha Mark-Red_Med-01What’s involved?
The Alpha course begins at 7.00pm with drinks in time to sit down for a meal together at 7.10pm. There is then the opportunity to hear a talk (details below) followed by time in small groups for some discussion. Each evening will be finished by 9.30pm.
The Alpha course also incorporates a weekend away together, an opportunity to relax, build friendships and explore further topics covered in the course.
