Marcus joined us from Jersey with his wife Nic and their 3 children. He has previously worked for an anglican church as Worship and Youth Pastor.

He is passionate about seeing people ‘unlocked’ in their encounter with God and loves seeing music used in this way.
Marcus came to faith at the age of 20 and immediately got involved in the work of the Message Trust in Manchester. Since then he has played with various bands over the years including the tribe, bliss, thebandwithnoname and wellspring to name but a few.

An experienced worship leader, he has led at many events such as Spring Harvest and Jersey Youth Keswick Convention. A keen songwriter, his new album was released in Dec 2009. Marcus is also a huge Beatles fan and plays in tribute band ‘The Real Beatles’.

Marcus writes: ‘We really sense the Lord’s hand on this next move and are excited at the prospect of joining the family of God at St John’s. We look forward to discovering what our amazing God has planned for us all there.’
