tellmystory – “Are you not going to pray for us?”
Michael Waters from the Debt Strand at The Crossway – July 2013

We had a Hindu client recently and as usual we offered prayer support which was appreciated.

This client came again accompanied by her 10 year old son. At the end of the appointment I had retreated to the office and was entering the latest information onto the computer – leaving my colleague to usher the client out. I became aware of someone behind me and when I turned around the client and her son had come into the office. The client then humbled me by asking “Are you not going to pray for us?”

It’s too easy to get “busy” and miss what’s really needed.
