Sandwiches, Scones and Cakes

Cakes etc are still needed for the Welcome Tea for International Students on this Sunday 30th September.

Helpers are needed for the Student Welcome Tea on Sunday 7th October

Can you bake a cake?  Can you help prepare the hall from 2.30pm and then serve tea at 4.30pm?

St John’s Orchestra

We are recruiting new members to play on the first Sunday of every month at the 11am service.  Anyone who plays (or who has played) an instrument is welcome to join in.

We are also keen to get a big ensemble together for the Christmas Carol Service.

If you are interested please come along to a Social Evening for current and new orchestra members on Tuesday 9th October at 7.30pm.  For more details contact Martin Horder, Sarah Mondon or Marcus Pagnam

Talk Together Creche

Three Talk Together groups are asking for creche support and additional helpers for one to two hours each week, term time only (Monday and Wednesday morning, and Thursday afternoon).  Please contact Pat Brydon if you can help to support one of the groups in this way.  Alternatively contact  The Church Office or telephone 0121 427 4601.
