PRAYER IS REQUESTED FOR

People in our fellowship who are ill but not mentioned by name in the list below.

Eileen Lee (Grandmother of Jo English)
Praise the Lord! Eileen was released from hospital on Christmas Eve with a care plan and was able to spend Christmas with her family. Please continue to pray for her strength to return as she settles back into a normal routine. Please also pray for her family as they work out the best care for her.

Mac Rowse
Mac writes: “The surgery to remove my bladder went ahead on 30th November. Surgery was uncomplicated and after 24hrs on ITU, I returned to the ward. On day five I was well enough to be discharged which is a tribute to God for his accelerated healing.” Please do continue to pray for Mac  who has experienced a post surgery complication which is causing him significant pain. Please also pray for Ann as she cares for him.

Elizabeth Richards
Elizabeth thanks you for all your prayers. She has been in and out of hospital and is struggling with breathlessness. Please pray for strength and stamina and for the right balance of medication.

Lesley Osborn
Lesley has been home from hospital for several weeks and is regaining strength and stamina. Dialysis continues three days a week and prayers are much appreciated for it to continue without complication.

Andrea Harden and Family
Andrea Harden’s brother in law Jonathan passed away suddenly. Please pray for her sister Jo and their two children Lewis (16) and Evie (14) dealing with grief, and the legal process. Please also pray for wisdom for family and friends as they give support.

Enid Jordan
Enid thanks everyone for their prayers and cards etc.  Please pray for her on-going recovery and that she will re-gain strength following surgery.

Simon Martin
Brian and Christine write: “Simon’s support situation remains static as he continues to await CQC’s decision regarding registering the flat he hopes to move into that is linked with his current Care Home. Thank you however for praying. Simon’s mental health is improving bit by bit and this will give him a better foundation to manage the change when it does happen. Please continue to pray for God’s best outcome for him.”

Thelma Stock
Thelma gives thanks for answered prayer.  Her sister is now in a Nursing Home.  Please pray that she will begin to settle happily there.

Thank you for praying for Rosemary’s daughter Christine. Rosemary writes: “We have a positive answer to prayer for my eldest daughter Christine in Australia.  Her health condition is back to near normal and she is managing financially. Very many thanks for praying.”

June McCausland
Pray for June McCausland who has been seriously ill. Give thanks for some improvement in her situation and pray for more recovery and strength for her as she remains in hospital.

Sam Parker
Sam’s enjoying his new job but has had some FND symptoms recur recently. However, he’s coping well and has lots of support from his colleagues and his GP.

Mark (friend of Brennan Horne)
Brennan writes: “Mark has had a kidney removed due to cancer. The other kidney is not working, so he is on dialysis. He has cancer in his lungs and no medication can be given to slow that down due to his strength of health at the moment. His world has been turned upside down in a matter of months. He is a single guy. Please pray for him and all his family.”

Helen writes: “Thank you for continuing to pray for my Mum who is much, much better, and still improving. Please continue to pray in the last little bit of her recovery – its been a long process, but she’s nearly there!”
