People in our fellowship who are ill but not mentioned by name in the list below.

Anna Hilton and Ellen Brunet
We had an amazing experience on elective at Kiwoko hospital in Uganda (7th May – 26th June); thank you so much to all who prayed for us whilst we were there. Please thank God for His faithfulness in keeping us safe and for all that he has taught us. Please pray for Kiwoko Hospital as it continues to reach out to people in need in rural Uganda.

Lorna Uden
Please continue to pray for Lorna who is still suffering from very painful blocked tear ducts. Please pray for complete healing and that she will be given the necessary treatment soon.

Andrea Mason
Please continue in prayer for Andrea Mason and recovery from knee surgery. Little progress has been made and she now faces a knee manipulation under general anaesthetic on Saturday 30th June. Pray that this will work and that full movement (aided by physio) will return and enable a return to work in 4-6 weeks.

Elizabeth Richards
Please continue to pray for Elizabeth for restoration of vision following a recent stroke.

Ross & Liz Bryson
Please pray for Ross and Liz for their safety and that they would be an encouragement to those they meet as they visit three places in Africa shortly. Pray for them whilst they are in: Nairobi, Kenya from 23-26 June with family; Pemba, Mozambique from June 26 – July 6 with Iris Ministries, Heidi and Rolland Baker, (Ross & Liz’s daughter Laura has been recently evacuated to South Africa from Pemba along with 200 students and 50 staff at the demand of the government due to terrorist attacks nearby) and; Nelspruit, South Africa from July 7-15 Iris Global Ministry (where they hope to meet up with Laura).

Paul Beard
Paul is recovering well from his recent back operation.  He is looking now towards a date for a replacement hip – please pray that this will happen soon, and that it will be effective in bringing relief from pain.

Desmond Cole
Please pray for Desmond Cole who has been having treatment for prostate and bowel cancer since being diagnosed in 2015. 12 months ago, the treatments he was receiving were stopped to test how his condition has responded. He writes: “On the 19th July I go back to the prostate clinic for a check-up and tests to see how I am doing. I feel well and so far, the indicators have been good. I would like prayer for this visit to the clinic since, having gone without treatment for 12 months, it will be the first check-up where it may be clear how I am progressing. Please pray the signs and tests will continue to be positive and show recovery, and that the treatments I had had been effective.”

Ruth Iliya Kwache
Please pray for Ruth as she is not feeling well.

Sarah Ball
Sarah writes “I am thankful that I have been able to do more recently. Would you please continue to pray for increasing energy and a full recovery!”

Jean Evans (friend of Rosemary Kennedy)
Rosemary writes: “Three of us travelled to Cardiff from Bicester to see Jean recently. She is on low dose chemo with cumulative effects until October. Prayer would be welcome”.

Leah Sharibu
Please pray for Leah Sharibu – a 16-year-old Christian girl who was kidnapped by Boko Haram and has not yet been freed because she is a Christian and has refused to deny her faith.

Sam Parker
Praise God that Sam’s symptoms have been improving and that after good results from the scans, he will be monitored from afar. Pray that his symptoms will disappear.

Elizabeth Brown (mother of Helen Van Vliet)
Helen writes: “Thanks for continuing to pray for my Mum. She has recovered 80-90% of her capacity, which is truly wonderful. I would love to continue to pray for the remaining 10-20%.”

Beryl Beavis
Beryl writes: ‘Thank you for your prayers. The pain is almost gone. Please continue to pray for complete healing of the nerves and muscles.’

Christiane Neumann
Christiane would value prayer for recovery of energy and increased mobility, and that she might have no recurrence or spread of the cancer.  She is very thankful for all the prayer support.

The Moore Family

Lesley Osborn
Lesley Osborn is on renal dialysis. Lesley sends her thanks for your prayers which are much appreciated.
