Harvest Services

For many years St John’s has had an amazingly generous response to requests for food items. This year our food gifts will be divided between Restore in their work supporting refugees and the Quinton & Oldbury Foodbank.

Both of these organisations would appreciate it if you could give items from the following list ONLY:

Tinned potatoes
Instant mash
Rice
Dried pasta
Cooking oil (vegetable, sunflower, olive) – one litre bottles or smaller please
Salt
All types of tinned vegetables, other than peas
Tinned tomatoes
Tomato puree
Tinned fish
Tinned meat, including chicken
Tinned pineapple
Cartons of long life milk
Cartons of long life fruit juice – orange, apple and pineapple
Fruit squash
Jam
Chocolate spread
Biscuits
Sponge puddings
Chocolate treats
Washing up liquid
Toiletries: shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste, liquid soap, deodorant
Sugar
Tea
Coffee
Loo rolls

All items must be dated well within their use by date or best before date, please
