The Smallholding at Lowena
“We’ve run our smallholding for 8 years. It is in walking distance from Redruth and its 15 acres overlook the north coast and hills of west Cornwall. Many visitors comment on how peaceful it is.”
“We know God has also called us to help hurting and exhausted Christians so we’ve started the planning process to convert farm buildings into a self-catering cottage.
“Learning new rhythms of grace while working on the smallholding can be wonderfully healing and refreshing.
Pray for the planning process and for wisdom as we move towards becoming a dispersed community.
“We’ve also started to explore becoming a ‘Christian Community’ with a daily rhythm of prayer, community membership, common lifestyle choices and ministering together.
“People with a range of abilities and problems have worked with us, looking after the animals, fields and garden. Currently we’re working with school students with learning and behaviour difficulties. We’ve also helped people with addictions and mental health difficulties.”
Major thanks to Mark and Jo for landmark prayer releasing my family from effects of freemasonry and occult practice on one side of the family.Jesus’s presence was real to me as God cut the curse. Praise God for the all-sufficiency of His forgiveness and aid that I have been receiving and pray for me to be humbled to take it deep into my heart..
