Come along and hear Patrick’s story…

Patrick was born during the Blitz and lived in the East End of London. He excelled at sport, winning 35 medals in five different sports, but he chose to follow an academic path instead. This led to his gaining a BSc, then an MBA at the London Business School.

In 1976 Patrick was charged with blackmail, stealing a car, and possession of marijuana. While in police custody he was overwhelmed by the power of God. He pledged his allegiance to Jesus. All the charges were dropped.

In 1977 he was arrested for stealing a luxury car and was held in a USA remand prison for several months. There he was given a Gideon’s Bible. As he read it he came across a story about an imprisoned man who was freed by God. Patrick prayed to be released and the charges were dropped.

After his conversion to Christ, Patrick studied at a Bible College and later became a church pastor. In recent years he has been a church consultant and a Bible College Principal.
