Barbara Hawkins
Please pray for Barbara who is presently in the Enablement Unit at The Kenrick Centre following a spell in hospital.

Asher Sinclair (six months)
Please pray for Asher following an operation earlier this week. Pray for a speedy recovery. Pray also for his parents David and Helen, his sister Erin, and his grandparents Will and Jo Drever. Asher is at Great Ormond Street Hospital.

Sid and Margaret Ball (parents of Sarah Ball)
Give thanks that Margaret’s treatment plan has been sorted and that her condition is improving. Sid is still in hospital but the staff are hoping to start a phased discharge. Please pray for all the medical staff and carers involved in this process and that all Sid’s needs would be met.

Graham Hopkinson
Graham is making slow progress following a moderate heart attack. Please continue to pray for significant restoration of heart muscle strength.

Rezi Kardellemaj (one of our Living Stones Mission Partners)
Please pray for Rezi as she travels “…to Kurdistan, from 12th-26th June, to work alongside our local partners in Erbil and Dahouk and to explore how we can better support them. There are two million Syrian refugees and internally displaced people fleeing the horrors of ISIS. We will be distributing food, medical supplies, and sanitation packs, as well as seeking to encourage the people there.”

Brian Martin
Brian has emailed to say: “Thank you so much for praying for me and for the many warm wishes, gifts and cards I have received. Also, I was touched to receive some lovely flowers on behalf of St John’s. Answers to prayer were very evident, not least in that a potentially very serious problem was identified and skilfully rectified by the Professor of Surgery at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. After 12 days as a guest of the NHS, I am now convalescing at home for the next few months. I look forward to seeing many of you over the coming weeks.”

Bernie Barber (sister-in-law of Ginny Cornish)
Ginny has emailed to say: “Bernie died yesterday, Wed 1st June late evening, peacefully, surrounded by her family. We give thanks for the peaceful passing and the help of many friends and family who so faithfully cared for her. We pray for Jim, Tom and Ben in their loss, and also Bernie’s family, the Finnegans.”

Christiane Neumann
Pray for Christiane who is undergoing treatment for cancer.

Ruth Spalton
Pray for Ruth Spalton our oldest church member who celebrated her 104th Birthday on Thursday 2nd June

Valerie Nield
Please pray for Valerie and her family following Keith’s sudden death on the 21st April. A thanksgiving and funeral service for Keith was held on 11th May.

Des Cole
Pray for good outcomes for Des following many months of illness.

Parents of Andrea Mason
Please pray for Andrea’s father who has deteriorating health problems and is currently undergoing investigations. Andrea asks for prayer for both of her parents at this difficult time.

Hazel Herbert
Please pray for Hazel who developed pneumonia following a chest infection. Pray for her continued recovery, which could take several weeks.

Lesley Osborn
