  • The prayer gatherings will be open to people of all ages.

In eight host neighbourhoods local people of different churches will be working in teams during the coming year to prepare accommodation and a programme for the young participants.  Harborne is one of the eight areas in the city the organisers want to have as a welcome centre.

Churches Together in Harborne has been contacted to facilitate this and Cynthia Deeson from St Mary’s is heading up a small working group from all the local churches, who will be helping with preparation and arranging hospitality and transport for the young people coming from many other countries to the events. She would be very pleased to include a representative from St John’s (who may or may not be in the same age group as the delegates). Anyone who is interested in joining the working party, please contact our CTH rep Helen Nixon or Cynthia Deeson direct on CynDeeson@aol.com

There will also be a need in due course for host families to provide accommodation for the young participants who are visitors over the event weekend.
