Please pray for Lesley who has been admitted to hospital for urgent treatment.

Judith Collings
Judith would like to express her thanks and appreciation for all the cards, kind words and prayer support following the death of her father.

Baby Asher (<4 weeks old)
Pray for Baby Asher in cardiac ICU at Great Ormond Street with a life threatening virus.  Pray for his parents David and Helen, his sister Erin, and his grandparents Will and Jo Drever at this very difficult time.

Ruth Hassall
Pray for Ruth as she starts her new role as Assistant Director of Mission for the Church of England, Birmingham.

Nigel Swinford and Julie Fry
Pray for our Living Stones Nigel and Julie and all the members of the New English Orchestra and Singers following their final concert on Sat 16th Jan.

Rachel Fasham
Pray for Rachel (our Thursday night Brownie leader) as she takes up a new job as Children’s and Families Missioner at Christ Church, Selly Park.

Thelma Craig
Pray for the family and friends of Thelma Craig who died peacefully on Wednesday morning 6th January.  Her funeral is on Friday 15th January at 2pm at Lodge Hill Cemetery.  Pray for Adele as she leads the service and for Catriona as she speaks.

Doris Macdonald
Please pray for Doris for continued good recovery at home following a major gall bladder operation.

June Fluck
Please pray for June and her family following the sudden death of her sister Ann Parker in Gloucester on Sunday 13th December.

Ripa and Roozbeh (members of St Mark’s, Smethwick)
Update from Jeremy Thompson: “There is very good news because the Immigration Judge overturned the original decision made by the Home Office and they have been granted refugee status, which means they can rebuild their lives here.  Roozbeh who has experience in sales and marketing is already applying for jobs.   Please continue to pray for Ripa’s health.  She is back at home from hospital but is still experiencing problems due to the brain tumour.  Please pray for a miracle of healing.

Iris Andrews
Iris Andrews has been discharged, after a long spell in hospital with a broken leg. Pray that she will have health and strength to regain her independence.

Sid and Margaret Ball (parents of Sarah Ball)
Please continue to pray for Sarah Ball’s mother and father.

Dave Allen
Pray for Dave who had a stroke three months ago. Dave is making very good progress. Please keep praying that his hand, wrist and fingers regain full strength. Also that he will regain fine motor control in his hand and his walking keeps improving. Also pray for Beccy and their two young boys.

Des Cole
Please continue to pray for his ongoing recovery.

Barry Blakemore
Pray for Barry who is poorly at home. Please pray for Yvonne as she cares for him and for their children Simon, Faith and Miriam.

Priscilla White (Area Dean and Vicar of St Faith and St Laurence)
Please pray for Priscilla recovering from surgery for cancer.

Delphine Nurse
Please pray for Delphine as she continues to recover from radiotherapy treatment.  Please continue to remember her as she settles into her new flat in Kings Norton. If you were able to offer to be on a rota for giving Delphine a lift to enable her to come to St John’s for the 11am service (from the Moneyhull Hall Road area of Kings Norton) she would be most grateful.
