This is the amount of money that was given in our Christmas Offerings.

These gifts will be divided between the work of the following three ministries:  Restore, The Birmingham City Mission and Hadath Baptist Church in Beirut – details below.

St John’s has a tradition of giving away freewill and cash offerings at all our Christmas Service.

RESTORE is a project of Birmingham Churches Together to help and support refugees and asylum seekers through befriending by volunteers. Jeremy Thompson, one of our Mission Partners works with Restore.

Birmingham City Mission

BCM Renovations 2015BIRMINGHAM CITY MISSION

…as they offer help and support to the needy and marginalised throughout Birmingham and its suburbs, regardless of age, creed or race; as well as proclaiming the Good News of the Gospel.

Their Christmas Appeal this year will go towards the renovations at the new Care Centre for the homeless opening in the new year. Download the details

Hadath Baptist Church LogoHADATH BAPTIST CHURCH, LEBANON

HBC is led by Hikmat and Krista Kashou, who are supported by St John’s through Living Stones. HBC have been and are continuing to work with Syrian refugees crossing the border into Lebanon. Our financial support will help them sustain and meet the needs of new refugees.
