It stands for- Outreach Opportunities Prayer Support

It is an invitation to YOU to be part of a week of prayer from

Saturday January 16th – Sunday January 24th.

Jesus said ‘whennotif’ you pray. We all need prayer support on Life’s journey, our own or that of the church. This is running alongside the week of prayer for Christian Unity.


Each day from 2-3pm a group will meet at church to pray specifically though not necessarily exclusively as follows:-

Monday 18th Life’s journey- Toddlers and Talk Togethers

Tuesday 19th Life’s journey- Children’s work, Brownies and Rainbows

Wednesday 20th Life’s journey- Youth work, Guides and Rangers

Thursday 21st Life’s journey -18+, Students, Synergy, small groups, Men’s and Women’s ministry,

Friday 22nd Life’s journey 18+++ Midway, ministry to elderly

Do come along and join in or send in your prayer requests

On Thursday morning the intercessory group, which is open to everyone, will meet from 9.40-10.25 and will be praying for The Crossway, the office and other staff, volunteers who work both on and off the premises. This will be followed at 10.30 by the monthly service of Holy Communion.



Monday 18th pray for the PCC where ever you are in groups or individually

Tuesday 19th ‘the Call’ 7.30 at church, for the church: its worship, its teaching and a new Vicar.

Wednesday 20th If you are in a home group and are meeting tonight please take this opportunity to pray for your ‘Living Stone’. If you are not meeting pray anyway and if you don’t support a Living Stone then use the Living Stones news sheet.

Thursday 21st if you haven’t managed anything else during this week of prayer for Christian Unity consider praying together with others at St Faith and St Laurence. 7.30 pm

Friday 22nd Prayer for Christian Unity at St John’s 7.30 pm



Saturday 16th World Prayer centre at City Church 10.30am -3.0pm

Women’s Ministry quiet morning with Catherine Ogle (for those who have booked)

Sunday 17th Church Services

Saturday 23rd – Sunday 24th #Pray24Brum from 10 a.m. at Carrs Lane 24hours – drop in when you can.

Sunday 24th Church services

Bring and Share Unity Lunch at Harborne Baptist Church.
