‘Sticky Faith’ comes to St John’s

Sticky Faith

On Saturday 30th January 2016 from 10:30-12:45, St John’s will be hosting the ‘Sticky Faith’ team for a practical workshop for growing and developing lifelong faith in our children and young people.

This is for parents, carers, grandparents, children’s team, youth team and any others who are interested in supporting the journey of faith in children and young people known to them.

Mark Watson recently shared his vision that “St John’s Youth exists to see young people encounter God and equipped to be lifelong disciples…”and Ben a little while ago shared his reflections on ‘Sticky Faithin a blog.

We strongly encourage any who may be interested in joining us for this morning which will explore why so many children and young people give up on faith in their teenage years or as they enter adult life? And what the implications are for how we parent, lead and support our children and young people for lasting faith?

This will be a morning of quality input, usually with a cost of £8 per place but offered free to St John’s members. Make the most of this offer and don’t miss out. Booking is essential, following this link.
