Chris and Gill Barker (former Living Stones in Sweden)
Chris has emailed from Sweden to ask for our prayers for their daughter Ruth (nearly 19yrs) who had major brain surgery on 28th May in Great Ormond Street Hospital.

Chris writes: “Ruth went through the two operations without serious complications and is physically recovering well. Importantly, just before the second operation (and at the last minute) they got the most detailed information about Ruth’s epilepsy they have ever managed to obtain. This new information also made much more sense of her symptoms than any investigations previously. Of course this means a more extensive operation was carried out than the one originally planned.

“However, it is too early to say whether the operation has worked. Please pray for healing for all the trauma she has gone through, both before, during and after the operation and that in time she will experience complete healing and the right help in Sweden to deal with the remaining problems she faces.”   More information from Jude Smith.

Mike and Rachel Hill
Pray for Mike and Rachel and family as they make preparations to leave Cambodia and return to the UK at the end of June.
