Pub Work

Please pray for my relationships with the men to deepen and grow. I have asked some of them to come on a mission trip with me next year. Please pray that the right men will come forward. Pray for all the logistics, financial and practical things that need to be sorted. Pray that God really impacts these men in ways that will totally transform their lives.

Fresh Expression

We have opened a brand new coffee shop, called Coffee Plus. We are hoping to encourage a Christian community to meet there. Pray specifically for our Sunday evening Chill-Out Zone which aims to build relationships with the local people. Give thanks for Gods amazing and continued provision for this project.

Chaplaincy

Please pray for my Chaplaincy work in Tyne Met College. I have an upcoming meeting in July with the college to try and secure the future of the Chaplaincy in the college.

The Future

I am being fast tracked with my studying and ’on the job’ training to become a Church Army Evangelist, (commissioned in 2 years, rather than the normal 4 years- Yipee!). This means we already have to start thinking about our future ministry, and where God wants us, which is scary. I had a meeting in London in June to discuss our future; and we feel God has spoken to us about certain things – but like Mary, we want to hold these things in our hearts and ponder and think about them. We would really value your thoughts and prayers and any discernment at this time.

Family

We are expecting our third child on 21 October. Three children under the age of five – we need your prayers! We are all very excited.
