Delivering Christmas Cards in the local area – can you help?

Christmas Card front cover

Peace and Hope to you at Christmas

Members of all our local Churches deliver Christmas Cards to everyone in Harborne.

For this we need volunteers from St John’s to take the cards to all the roads near to our church.

Bundles of cards arranged in roads will be available this Sunday to take away and deliver as soon as possible.

The cards have a message about Christmas and details of Christmas Services in all the local Churches.

It is important to deliver the cards early enough for people to be able to come to the Christmas Services, so please pick up your bundle of cards this Sunday and deliver straight away.

More information from Helen Nixon on Sunday, or you can email Helen ahead of Sunday to reserve your favourite road!

Open Air Carol Singing
Another way to bring Christmas joy to Harborne is to join in with the Carol Singing on the High Street outside Boots on Saturday morning 20th December at 11am.

  1. Helen Nixon says:

Many thanks to all of you who generously took bundles of cards to distribute around the area over the last two weeks. St John’s has delivered cards to 3,000 homes, part of a total of 13,000 covered by Churches Together in Harborne.
Please continue to pray that the message of Christmas will bring hope to local families and businesses, and that people will respond to the invitation to various Christmas services at the local churches.
There is another opportunity to give cards to shoppers, as we sing carols on the High Street on Saturday 19th
