77 down, 71 still to go – an amazing start to ‘Bake and Pray’ – Jude reporting

Jude Smith“What an amazing start to ‘Bake and Pray’, as folks of all ages gathered round the table in the hall last Sunday to choose their shop, and sign up.

“Just over half the places are now signed up for… and it is very encouraging to know that the two largest businesses on the High Street – Waitrose and Marks and Spencer- have already been spoken for!

“Many thanks to the men who signed up at the Men’s breakfast…..and to the groups who are considering doing something together. Mighty Warriors have already signed up! and not to be out done Authentic Year 12 Cell Group have signed up for three take away food outlets.

“Still plenty of shops and businesses left, for many more of you to get involved. Come and find me in the hall next Sunday, or contact me anytime during the week to reserve your shop.”

This is a follow up to Jude’s first blog about ‘Bake and Pray’.
